Will and Tenley are showing progress in the feeding program. Will is a trooper and doesn't cry much during the feeds (especially if Mickey is on the TV). Tenley stopped fighting back so much and no longer requires two people to hold her down for one bite of food. As long as they continue with progress, that's all we can ask!

Check out Will in his hot new ride...I guess powerwheels were too wimpy for this boy...

October 1, 2011

After their first full week in the feeding program, the twins are hanging in. They are on a completely different sleeping cycle and are still trying to get acclimated with waking up at the crack of dawn.

Will's consumption amount is pretty impressive. His only weakness at this point is that he cries throughout the duration of his eating sessions. He is currently fighting a cold so the hope is that he's just cranky from not feeling well. Everyone is still pretty amazed with how much he's actually eating considering all the crying he's doing.

Tenley is consuming a decent amount of food as well. Not as much as her brother but more than what she would normally do. Her weakness is that she's developed a bad habit of pushing people's hands away, almost to the point of fighting. Like her brother, she is fighting a cold too, so hopefully she is just cranky. Considering how much she fights, once they actually get her to take a bite, its a hearty bite and she has no problems swallowing it down. It's just getting her to take a bite that's is the tricky part.

Good luck next week twins! We're thinking about you!
